Ride the Merrill-Go-Round
Merrill’s transit system, known as the Merrill-Go-Round, is the only one in the state of Wisconsin – and one of the few in the nation – that will literally pick you up and drop you off at your doorstep. There’s no need to wait at a bus stop here!
The Merrill-Go-Round provides public transportation within our designated service area. We take pride in serving residents. Each year, Merrill transit workers provide about 65,000 rides for residents. We care about our community.
Service hours are 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday. Reserve your ride by calling (715) 536-7112 one hour before you wish to ride.
The cost to ride is only $2 per person or $1 for elderly and disabled persons.
Persons riding for the purpose of assisting the disabled ride free. Children under the age of 6 years, accompanied by an adult, ride free. Inquire about our special student and group rates. We do not offer charter services.
*Elderly & Disabled passengers are required to register with the Transit Office to receive a reduced fare card.
*Reasonable accommodations will be considered.
*Wisconsin Relay No. 7-1-1 provides phone assistance for people who are deaf, hard-of-hearing, and/or deaf-blind.
